RE: Voting Delegate Election Recap and 2010 Board Nominees
Dear Stonemill Farms Community Association Homeowner,
Voting Delegate ballots were sent to each home in Stonemill. It was necessary for each neighborhood to have at least 20% participation for the voting to be counted (“Neighborhood Map”). We did not receive 20% participation for any of the neighborhoods leaving the Board of Directors to appoint a Voting Delegate and Voting Delegate Alternate for all neighborhoods.
The Voting Delegates and Alternates are as follows:
Neighborhood One: Delegate, Suzy Wirta – Alternate, David Nix
Neighborhood Two: Delegate, Darla Samuelson – Alternate, Lisa Hyland
Neighborhood Three: Delegate, Craig Peterson – Alternate, Rae Hawn
Neighborhood Four: Delegate, David Mesler – Alternate, Kate Stuckert
Neighborhood Five: Delegate, Laurie Mansheim – Alternate, Rick Sulzbach
Neighborhood Six: Delegate, Katie Hedges – Alternate, Owen Norcutt
Neighborhood Seven: Delegate, Steve Rudser – Alternate, John Lesher
Neighborhood Eight: Delegate, Owen Norcutt – Alternate, Newland Representative
Notices were also sent out asking for Board Member Nominees. The Nominating Committee was established consisting of one Board Member, and serving as the Committee Chair person, Catherine Appel, founder representative. Also serving on the Committee are residents, Mark Brantley, Tonya Holt and founder representative Jamie Tharp.
There were seven applications received from homeowners. The applications have been reviewed and accepted by the Nominating Committee. The Nomination Committee has selected four applicants, Hal LaFleur, Jodie Gamst, John Murray and David McGowan. Nominations may be taken from the floor at the annual meeting.
The election for two Stonemill Farms Homeowner Board Members will be at the Annual Meeting on March 24, 2010.
