Do I need to get prior approval to make minor changes to the exterior of my home?

Yes.  The Association’s governing documents (CC&Rs and the Design Guidelines) provide that any exterior modifications must have prior approval of the Architectural Review Committee. This regulation is in place as a means of ensuring that the overall character and quality of your community will be preserved.

Please email Shiney Vang at: Shiney.Vang@associa.us regarding any trail issues.

What documents should I have received when I purchased my home?
You should have received the following: (a) Community Charter;   (b)Bylaws;  (c) Articles of Incorporation:  (d) Budget;  (e) Community Guidelines, also known as Rules and Regulations; (f) Design Guidelines.  If you did not receive all of these documents you should go back to the person you purchased the home from and ask for the one that you did not receive.  It is suggested that you keep all of these documents together in one place, perhaps a binder.  The law requires that you provide these to a purchaser if you ever decide to sell your home.

Is the Community Center available for private functions?
Yes. The Stonemill Farms Community Center is available for private functions. Reservations must be made in advance and a reservation agreement is required. For more information, visit the Stonemill Farms Library here on the site and view Exhibit B in the Stonemill Farms Rules and Regulations document in the HOA Document folder.

How long does the DRC process take?
The Design Review Committee has up to 30 days to respond once it has all of the information required.

How do I go about getting DRC approval?
